Our Warranty

A Clause: 

The Service Center may refuse warranty repairs if:

  • breaches of warranty seals;

  • mechanical or other damage that is the cause of the malfunction, caused intentionally or negligently by the purchaser or a third party;

  • improper use, exceeding maximum loads, improper operation;

  • unauthorized opening, repair, or modification of internal components of the goods, changes in the design of the goods, various modifications;

  • f the product has been damaged by foreign bodies, substances, liquids, or extreme temperatures.

B Clause: 

The warranty and the warranty service are not available if:

  • accidental damage (defects caused by the customer);

  • damage caused by natural disasters (natural events);

  • damage caused by carelessness or use (inadequate temperature control, exposure to liquids, dust, mechanical damage, ingestion of foreign bodies);

  • damage caused by an emergency overvoltage or undervoltage in the mains;

  • damage to or abnormal functioning of the product caused by faulty or non-standardized supply, telecommunications, cabling, and other similar external factors;

  • damage caused by defects in the system in which the product was used, or caused by connecting and connecting the product to other products;

  • damage caused by improper use or abuse of the product;

  • natural wear and tear of components where the specified normal operating conditions are exceeded, and of casing elements of portable products;

  • damage to or abnormal functioning of the product caused by unauthorized programming;

  • damage or abnormal functioning of the product caused by the use of non-standard and/or substandard consumables, accessories, spare parts, batteries;

  • the product shows signs of repair by unauthorized persons.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FRAMES AND FORKS

Provided you are the 1st registered original owner, your frame and fork are both warrantied against non-conforming issues related to material or workmanship for life, beginning from the date of purchase. This lifetime warranty does not apply to paint and finish or any parts attached to the electric motorcycle including, but not limited to motor components, brakes, seats, handlebars, stems or wheels and their components.

 

PAINT, FINISH, AND OTHER STUFF

Paint, finish, and the other parts attached to your electric motorcycle are covered under a limited one-year warranty for the 1st registered original owner. Warranty is limited to the part(s) only, and labor and transportation charges are the responsibility of the original owner. As with any warranty, there is a requirement that the electric motorcycle has been properly maintained and operated under normal conditions and use. This warranty is void if the electric motorcycle has not been purchased and assembled through an authorized OASZE E-MOTO Technology electric motorcycle service provider.

 

HERE IS THE "LIMITED PART" - WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

Failure due to accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear & tear, improper assembly, improper fit, maintenance by anyone other than an authorized OASZE E-MOTO Technology electric motorcycle service provider, or use of parts inconsistent with the use originally intended for the electric motorcycle as sold is not covered by this warranty. OASZE E-MOTO Technology electric motorcycle defines the intended use of its electric motorcycle as riding in a controlled, smooth manner in a location approved for electric motorcycles with both wheels on the ground. Riding in a manner other than that voids this warranty.

 

WHY IT'S NOT COVERED

Like all electric motorcycle warranties, ours protects you against non-conforming manufacture and material issues, the mistakes that happen from time to time, and is not a "No Fault" warranty. Rider mishaps, carelessness, and hazards you may encounter while riding which results in damage to your bike are not covered by this warranty, including competitive or professional events where things like this can occur.

 

WHAT WILL OASZE E-MOTO Technology DO IF YOU HAVE A WARRANTY CLAIM

OASZE E-MOTO Technology will replace or repair any part that is determined to be covered by this warranty. This Limited Warranty is made only to the 1st registered original owner and is not transferable. All claims must be made through an authorized OASZE E-MOTO Technology electric motorcycle service provider and must be accompanied by an original bill of sale or proof of purchase that identifies the electric motorcycle or frame by the serial number-please be sure to keep a copy in a safe place.


LEGAL STUFF (we have to say it)

There are no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied made by the OASZE E-MOTO Technology in our electric motorcycle. The sole and exclusive liability of OASZE E-MOTO Technology and/or any of its authorized dealers, service providers, or affiliates of agents pursuant to this warranty shall be for the repair and replacement of the defective part; incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded here under. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary depending on the state, province, or country where you purchased this OASZE E-MOTO Technology electric motorcycle.

User shall assume the risk of any personal injury, damage to or failure of the bicycle and any other losses if OASZE E-MOTO Technology electric motorcycles are used in any competitive event, including electric motorcycle racing, or similar activities or training for such competitive activities or events. OASZE E-MOTO Technology electric motorcycle is not manufactured, marketed, designed, or intended to be altered for use at any time in stunt riding or similar activity. OASZE E-MOTO Technology, its dealers, affiliates, or agents shall not be liable under this warranty nor under any state or federal law or the common law or otherwise for any damage, failure, including personal injury, resulting from such use and/or alteration.

01 Are we qualified to replace & repair in Singapore?

Yes, we are qualified with a Singapore-issued certificate by LTA & TUV SUV.

 

 

02 Can we change the battery on our own?

No, this action is illegal and you may get yourself into legal issues. Only qualified HV (High Voltage Handler) is allowed to perform this action in Singapore.

 

 

03 What can I do if I am stranded due to the battery being flat?

Do push to the nearest charging station or request for toll to the nearest charging station.

 

 

04 How long does it take to do a full charge?

Estimated to be 4 hours ++ depending on the State Of Charge for the battery.

 

 

05 Other than the battery, can we modify the On Board Charger on our own?

This is highly not recommended (same seriousness as changing of battery) as this may cause the battery to malfunction or even explode due to non-compliance charging method.

06 Can we change other parts other than On Board Charger and battery?

You may change most of the parts like tires, brakes, brake pads, handlebars &, etc. as long as it is within Singapore Traffic Law.

07 Is there a free servicing package upon purchase?

Yes, every new purchase will come with a 3-year free servicing or up to 30,000km whichever one comes first.

08 Where should I go for wear and tear servicing?

09 Where can I diagnose my E Motorcycle battery?

10 Can I purchase cover set parts if I accidentally damage them and do not want to make a claim?
